Beeper Sign up or Log in: Didn't get your Beeper verification code?
When you sign up or log in, Beeper emails you a verification code. If it hasn't arrived, work through the checks below. Most missing codes turn up after one of them.
1. Check the email address you entered
The most common reason is a small mistake in the email address. Beeper can only deliver the code to the exact address you type.
- Go back to the sign up or log in screen.
- Look for typos, like a missing letter or gmial.com instead of gmail.com.
- Make sure it's an address you actually own and use. If the address doesn't exist, the code can't be delivered.
- Enter the correct address and request a new code.
2. Check your Spam or Junk folder
Your email provider may have filtered the Beeper email by mistake.
- Open your Spam or Junk folder and search for Beeper.
- If you find the email, mark it as Not spam so future Beeper emails reach your inbox.
3. Make sure your inbox isn't full
If your email storage is full, new emails bounce back and never reach you.
- Check your storage in your email provider's settings.
- Delete old emails or empty your trash to free up space.
- Request a new code.
4. Use a personal email instead of a work email
Company and school email accounts often have filters that block or delay emails from outside services.
Beeper recommends always using a personal email address that you fully own and control. This makes sure you can receive verification codes and keep access to your Beeper account, even if you change jobs or schools.
Still didn't get your code?
If you've tried all of the above and still haven't received your verification code, email us at help@beeper.com. Include the email address you used to sign up or log in, and we'll help you get into your account.
TL;DR
- Double-check the email address for typos and make sure it exists.
- Look in your Spam or Junk folder.
- Free up space if your inbox is full.
- Use a personal email, not a work or school email.
- Still stuck? Email help@beeper.com.
FAQ:
-
Why didn't I get my Beeper verification code?

A: Yes

Go back to the sign up or log in screen, enter the correct email address, and request a new code. Beeper can only send the code to the exact address you enter.
