Viewing photo and video galleries in Beeper

When you send or receive several photos or videos at the same time, Beeper groups them into a single gallery bubble in the chat instead of showing each one as a separate message. This keeps your chats tidier and easier to scroll.

Where are media galleries available?

• Beeper Desktop: Available now.
• Beeper iOS: Available now.
• Beeper Android: Coming soon.

Galleries are turned on automatically. There's nothing you need to set up.

How media galleries work

• Photos and videos sent together appear in one gallery bubble.
• Galleries work in any chat, on any chat network connected to Beeper.
• Open any photo or video in the gallery to view it in full size.

• Click any photo or video in the gallery to open it in the media viewer.

Beeper iOS

• Tap any photo or video in the gallery to open it in full screen.

FAQs

1. Why are my photos grouped together?
   Beeper automatically groups photos and videos that are sent together into one gallery. This is how Beeper now shows media in chats; your photos haven't been merged or changed.
    
2. Can I turn off media galleries?
   No. There's currently no setting to turn galleries off.
    
3. Does the other person see a gallery too?
   It depends on the app they use. Beeper sends each photo or video as its own message, and the other person's app decides how to show them.
