How do I report a problem?
Desktop

If the issue is related to a specific message, you can not report a problem directly from the message in question. You can do this by right-clicking the message and selecting Report a Problem.

Android
You can report a problem by:
- Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Hit Report Bug.
- Tap on Report a Problem
- Fill out the form that follows, and add screenshots/videos as necessary.
- Hit Submit Report.

To report a problem with a specific message, you can:
- Long press a message.
- Hit Copy Support Info
3. Go back to the inbox, and hit your profile icon in the upper-right corner. - Tap on Report bug → Report a problem → and paste the Support Info in the report to specify which message(s) you are referring to.
iOS
You can report a problem by:
- Tapping on the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Hit Report Bug.
- Tap on Report a Problem
- Fill out the form that follows, and add screenshots/videos as necessary.
- Hit Submit Report.
