How do I report a problem?

Let's talk about reporting problems to Beeper… Its easy!

Desktop

You can report a problem by:

  1. Take a screenshot of the problem.
  2. Click on the gear icon above the inbox.
  3. Click Report a Problem → again Report a Problem
  4. Fill out the form that follows, and add screenshots/videos as necessary.
  5. Hit Submit Report.

If the issue is related to a specific message, ie a message failing to send, please follow these instructions which add additional details to the report:

  1. Find the message with a problem.
  2. Take a screensho.
  3. Right-click the message in question. Then select Report a Problem.

Android

You can report a problem by:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Hit Report Bug.
  3. Tap on Report a Problem
  4. Fill out the form that follows, and add screenshots/videos as necessary.
  5. Hit Submit Report.

To report a problem with a specific message, you can:

  1. Long press a message.
  2. Hit Report a Problem

iOS

You can report a problem by:

  1. Tapping on the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Hit Report Bug.
  3. Tap on Report a Problem
  4. Fill out the form that follows, and add screenshots/videos as necessary.
  5. Hit Submit Report.


To report a problem with a specific message, you can:

  1. Long press a message.
  2. Hit Report a Problem.
