How Beeper Subscriptions Work
Beeper offers three subscription tiers: Beeper Free, Beeper Plus and Beeper Plus Plus. They all provide you with access to Beeper’s unified messaging experience, but the paid tiers unlock powerful tools that help you stay organized, productive, and controlling your chats.
Beeper Free
Beeper Free gives you access to the core Beeper experience:
- Send and receive messages across major chat networks
- A unified chat app – 1 account per network, up to a total of 5 accounts connected at the same time.
- Self-serve support via help.beeper.com and the in-app Help Bot
Beeper Plus (Subscription)
The Beeper Plus tier unlocks more features designed for users who want more control, productivity, and personalization:
- Multi-account – 3 accounts per network, up to a total of 10 accounts connected at the same time.
- Voice Transcription – Convert voice messages to text when you can’t (or don’t want to) listen.
- Send Later – Schedule messages to be sent when it makes the most sense.
- Chat Reminders – Mark chats to reappear in your inbox later.
- Custom App Icons – Personalize your Beeper icon.
Beeper Plus Plus (Subscription)
The Beeper Plus Plus tier unlocks the same features as Beeper Plus, but it adds the following ones:
- Multi-account – Unlimited accounts
- Priority Support – Get help faster if something goes wrong or you have questions

Is Beeper Free forever?
- Our goal is to always offer a free version to cover the core features that we offer.

Does the subscription affect how many chat networks I can connect?
- Yes. +Beeper Plus = 3 accounts per network, 10 total, and ++Beeper Plus Plus = Unlimited everything

If I subscribe on one device, will the features work everywhere?
- Yes, your subscription applies to your whole Beeper account, not just one device.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll be able to use any paid features up until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I pay using crypto?
- We do not support payments via cryptocurrency at this time.

Can I pay using bank transfer?
- Beeper does not support payments made outside of credit and debit cards at this time.

Does Beeper offer any discounts?
- All our annual plans are discounted and include two free months of usage.

Does Beeper have any bulk/volume discounts?
- Not at this time.

Do I need to upgrade to keep using Beeper?
- Nope! All our core features will always remain free.

Is there a one-time payment option?
- Our paid subscriptions are only available on a monthly or yearly billing frequency.

Does Beeper offer refunds?
- Beeper handles refunds on a case-by-case basis—if you’ve had a genuine issue, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our goal is to offer the best possible experience, and if something didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to listen and improve. Is there a student or nonprofit discount?
- We’ve worked hard to ensure that our pricing is as competitive as possible. While we do not offer student or non-profit discounts at this time, you’ll find that all yearly plans include 2 additional free months of usage.

Does Beeper offer a trial period for Beeper Plus/Plus Plus?
- Yes, we offer a trial period on Beeper Android and Beeper Desktop.

Will Beeper display ads on the Free tier plan?
- No, Beeper does not monetize from any form of ads across our apps.

Can I pause my Beeper Plus/Plus Plus subscription?
- Subscriptions cannot be paused at this time, but they can be canceled and resubscribed whenever you wish to.

What does Beeper mean by “ billing period/billing cycle”?
- If you’re on a monthly plan, your billing cycle is 30 days, which means you’ll be billed every 30 days. On annual subscriptions, your billing cycle is 365 days.

- You can either pay $9.99 / month or $99.99 / year.

- You can expect the features to become active immediately after the upgrade.

Can I switch between Plus and Plus Plus later?
- Yes, you certainly can.

How will I know if my payment was successful?
- You’ll receive an invoice, and all paid features will immediately become active for usage.
Having Issues?
If your subscription features are not working as expected, please double-check that you are on +Beeper Plus or ++Beeper Plus Plus. If your paid subscription is enabled and active, and it's still not working, please grab screenshots and screen recordings of the behavior and attach them to a report from the app in question.
